PROJECT BRIEF: VILLA AGGREGATE
BACKGROUND
Villa Aggregate is a four-bedroom family house located in a fast developing area of Accra designed to meet the needs of a modern Ghanaian family. The owner of the development is a trained architect who has extensive experience in the construction industry supervising various sizes of projects. Villa Aggregate is a project carried out by Aggregate construction limited between 2020 and 2021.
OVERVIEW
Our task was to design and render the following spaces
(Ground floor)
1. Living area
2. Kitchen
(First floor)
3. Studio/ home office
DRIVERS
The main goal of the project was to present the building in its best light to help potential buyers/tenants see what is possible in order to aid in sale conversion.
TONE
To complement the design geometry and the architect’s intentions, the interiors were designed to communicate the clarity of form in it’s welcoming nature without feeling too intimidating to use.
MESSAGE
As this is the second project of Aggregate, the company wanted to communicate through this project their attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.
VISUALS
A clean contemporary clean look allowing for seasonal decorations and vegetation.
