Sustainable, energy-saving, and affordable – the housing projects of SEMODU want to be all that and more. We created this architecture visualization of a SEMODU apartment building that looks like several stacked blocks in a style similar to the game Tetris.
The sometimes recessed and sometimes cantilever stories give the building a light appearance. Meanwhile, the subtle two-story concrete base accentuates the timber facade spanning the rest of the complex above. Residents can enjoy plenty of sunlight, thanks to the balconies located on the southern side.
