The 18,000 square metre mixed-use development will occupy a triangular site next to Skonto football stadium, just outside the Old Town of Riga and adjacent to historic Riga Fire Station. The building’s distinct form is dictated by the triangular shape of the site.
By focusing attention to emotions this location causes, the image suggests a strong ship in the raging ocean. Thanks to a light on in front windows, the building shines at night and demonstrates highest level of design excellence.
